Thank you for purchasing your event ticket from fishtechsolutions.com. We appreciate your support and look forward to providing a memorable event experience. Please read this policy carefully, as all ticket sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Ticket Cancellation and Refunds
No Refunds for Cancellations: All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been successfully booked, it cannot be canceled, transferred, or refunded for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts or change of plans.
Organizer’s Discretion: In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or verified technical errors), refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of the event organizer. Any approved refund will exclude transaction and convenience fees.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the event, the ticket amount will be forfeited. No refund, rescheduling, or credit will be provided.
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Organizer
If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, government restrictions, weather conditions, or force majeure events), the organizer will:
- Offer an alternate date or venue, or
- Provide a full refund of the base ticket price.
Please note that convenience charges, payment gateway fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by the organizer, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
All convenience, processing, or payment gateway charges are strictly non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or rescheduling, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organizer.
